Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to the Data Cash website, contributor waitlist, profiles, account tools, and interactive preview experiences (together, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms do not govern a future paid task unless that task expressly incorporates them. A task may include additional terms that you must review and accept before participating.

Current platform status
Data Cash is in a pre-marketplace stage. The Human Data Market, task catalog, balances, buyer activity, review results, estimated values, credits, cash-out flows, and marketplace statistics shown in the Platform are simulations unless Data Cash clearly labels them otherwise.
- Simulated tasks are not offers of work or promises of payment.
- Simulated values are illustrative and are not account balances or redeemable funds.
- The current demo does not accept task audio, video, files, or other task submissions.
- Features, categories, task terms, and economics may change before launch.

Eligibility and accounts
Public pages may be viewed without a profile. The current contributor-profile flow is intended for people who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and promptly notify Data Cash if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may not create an account for another person without authorization, misstate eligibility, bypass access controls, or use multiple accounts to evade rate limits or other safeguards.

Waitlist and communications
Joining the waitlist allows Data Cash to send operational messages about your request, account, access, verification, and the availability of contributor opportunities. Broader launch or marketing messages are tied to the separate optional marketing choice presented during signup. You may withdraw that optional choice by using an available unsubscribe method or contacting Data Cash.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, task availability, selection, or compensation.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes:
- interfering with Platform operation, security, access controls, or other users;
- probing, scanning, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting unauthorized access;
- submitting malicious code, unlawful material, or information you do not have the right to provide;
- impersonating another person or misrepresenting affiliation, identity, or eligibility;
- using automated systems to create accounts, submit forms, or overload Platform resources; or
- using the Platform in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Future paid tasks
If Data Cash opens paid tasks, each offer is expected to state the requested output, eligibility, estimated effort, compensation, intended use, capture boundaries, quality standard, review process, and rights associated with accepted work. Participating will require affirmative acceptance of the applicable task agreement.
Data Cash may limit task access, close a task, reject work that does not satisfy disclosed requirements, or request a permitted correction. Final production rules will explain review, disputes, taxes, payment timing, and any minimum cash-out requirements before real transactions begin.

Data and submission rights
The current Platform does not invite or accept real task media through the simulation. Please do not send recordings, identity documents, financial credentials, medical records, private third-party information, or other sensitive task content through general contact channels.
For future paid work, ownership and usage rights will be stated in the task agreement before collection. The intended model is that accepted and paid submissions transfer under the disclosed agreement, while rejected or unpaid submissions remain the contributor’s and are not delivered, licensed, sold, or used as buyer dataset material.

Platform intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, branding, simulations, and other content, is owned by Data Cash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. They do not grant a right to copy, sell, license, or commercially exploit Platform content.

Third-party services
Data Cash uses third-party infrastructure for services such as hosting, authentication, database storage, and email delivery. Those providers may process information on Data Cash’s behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. The Platform may also link to external websites that Data Cash does not control; their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

Availability and changes
Data Cash may modify, suspend, or discontinue any preview feature and does not promise that the Platform will always be available or error-free. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the current Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Data Cash disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in the simulation is financial, employment, medical, or legal advice.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data Cash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the current Platform. Rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination
Data Cash may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or preserve Platform security. You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account or waitlist deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
